Tucked away in a charming country setting surrounded by gently rolling acres of farmland, you’ll instantly feel yourself unwind and relax as you pull up to our fully renovated white farmhouse. As you walk through the entrance, you’ll feel those farmhouse vibes in an open concept kitchen and dining room that can easily accommodate your entire group. There are new stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking essentials, cookware, and dishes necessary for creating wonderful home-made meals! Tucked away to the left, you’ll find a dedicated coffee bar with a keurig machine, a drip coffee machine, and a blender for your morning smoothies. The coffee bar is fully stocked with delicious grounds from a local coffee shop, k-cups, sugar/Splenda, cream, and stirrers. Wake up and start your day off properly with a relaxing cup of coffee amidst nature. As you walk through the kitchen, you’ll find the backdoor out to a beautiful outdoor space shaded by mature trees, and a back patio with a charcoal grill and a metal can full of charcoal that you’re free to use. That backdoor is within a charming foyer that has plenty of room to hang your coats and store your shoes. Need to do a load of laundry? No problem! In this hallway, you’ll also find a washer and dryer and cabinets with detergent and dryer sheets. Make your way around to the living room that has a massive 75 inch smart TV with a high-end soundbar and subwoofer. Despite the property being tucked away in a very remote, rural setting, you’ll still enjoy fast WiFi via Starlink, perfect for working remotely or watching any of your favorite streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime, etc.). The living room and all of the bedrooms are equipped with Roku TVs in guest mode - you simply input your check-out date and you’ll be automatically logged out of all your streaming channels on that day! When it’s time to relax, spend time unwinding in one of 4 spacious bedrooms stocked with towels, linens, and comfortable beds that have both soft and firm pillows depending on your preference. The bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, the master bedroom upstairs to the right has two queen beds along with a couch, hangout area, and a large desk with a chair for working. The middle bedroom upstairs has both a queen bed and twin bed, and the smaller bedroom at the end has a bunk bed with two twins. All rooms have Roku TVs and dedicated heating/cooling units on the walls (not in the windows), each with its own remote. There is a full bathroom on the main floor and on the second floor, both fully stocked with high quality shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. The upstairs bathroom fan even has a bluetooth speaker because who wants to shower without music! One of the best features of this house most definitely is the outdoor space. Bask in the serenity of the countryside surrounded by fruit trees and rolling hills of farmland. On the concrete silo pad near the driveway, you’ll find a firepit with chairs and a metal can with firewood and starter sticks that you’re free to use. This is a wonderful place to enjoy sunsets!
